WARMINSTER SCHOOL
The school rang wanting ideas for setting up a day for new prefects.
''The prefects play an important role in the school, being the first stage in any disciplinary line and having numerous responsibilities for controlling and guiding younger pupils.''
The school wanted a challenging day which included active and mental exercises designed to develop team bonding, self esteem, assertiveness and leadership skills.
In the days leading up to the challenge we sent through some questionnaires for each student to fill in. The results were sent back to the school with some explanation material. This provided leadership models that helped identify the roles participants play within a team.
We then provided some initiative exercises to highlight areas of team work and to allow participants chance to experiment with different leadership styles and roles. This then led on to a cave based challenge that required their team skills in a more immersive environment.

We followed up 2 months after the course; below is the feedback we received about the event:
