KAYAKING
There's something relaxing about propelling a craft down picturesque rivers, taking in the scenery and enjoying the tranquility.
Equally, there's something fantastically brilliant about running along the top of everyone's boats, splashing people and getting wet. Whether you want fun and games or a relaxing paddle, kayaking has it all. Learn how to control your kayak, play an abundance of games and challenges and have loads of fun.
Beginner sessions start with your instructor explaining how to use the paddle, and what happens if you fall in. Your instructor will tailor the session to your needs by mixing games and challenges designed to improve your paddling and water confidence. Your instructor will always be close at hand to coach and help you back into your boat if you fall out. Courses are offered up to British Canoe Union 2 star.
