ASSAULT COURSE
I bet getting soaking wet and covered in mud always got you into trouble; on our fantastic assault course we positively encourage it.
Climbing over walls, balancing on beams and diving through tube slides is all part of the challenge. The better you work with your team the faster it all gets. The course is a great activity for team building or simply an excuse for lively competition with friends. Think fast, play hard and your team will conquer our assault course.
Our course consists of two parallel lanes of over 15 specially designed obstacles including walls, balance beams, seesaws, crawl net, under over bars, river crossings* and much more. It is tremendous for teamwork and fantastic for fitness and fun. The course is suitable for all groups and your instructor will tailor the approach and alter emphasis to suit your needs as a team.
*Unfortunately river crossings are not available during winter months
Our course has been used a number of times for 'Tough Guy' assault course training. This can increase fitness, stamina and preparation for the challenge of the 'Tough Guy' obstacles.
