TOM CONOLLY
Tom Conolly is returning for his fouth season this year. A highly valued member of the team Tom has worked in the outdoor industry since 1999. Tom is responsible for running day to day activity sessions as well as leading some of our residential camps.
Tom completed a 3 year City and Guilds in 'Adventurous Activities' in 2002. He is a keen kayaker and enjoys caving on the Mendips and further afield. Tom's skills at coaching and facilitating are excellent and he is extremely effective with all our groups. He particularly enjoys working with challenging groups because "...if you get it right you can make a difference."
Tom has coaching qualifications in kayaking and archery, a clean driving licence and a first aid certificate. Tom is training to become both a caving and climbing instructor.
