JIM HAYWARD
Jim has been key to Mendip Outdoor Pursuits success since its inception in 1987. Jim heads the administration team and ensures everything runs like clockwork. He is also a very keen coach and gets out of the office whenever time allows.
Jim has a wealth of experience in providing technical support on management and team building courses, reviewing progress and providing constructive feedback.
As well as being an N.V.Q assessor and internal verifier, Jim holds coaching qualifications in orienteering, canoeing, kayaking, caving, hill-walking and archery. He holds a full P.C.V. driving qualification for coaches and minibuses and has a first aid certificate. He is also a fitness fanatic and loves endurance races
