Instructor Position (£15,500.00 - £17,000.00)
Summary
Contract duration
- May - October
- 28 days holiday pro rata
Remuneration
Salary will be between £15,500.00 and £17,000.00 pro rata, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
You will be required to run activities for a range of our clients in a variety of locations both locally and nationally. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to arrange events prior to delivery. You will be given in house training in all activities not covered by NGB qualifications.
Essential
- SPA
- Full UK Driving license
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with challenging youth groups
- Knowledge of team development and initiative exercises
- Must be confident working independently at outdoor venues
- Must have a positive outlook and be able to work as part of a team
- Must have good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Enjoy a varied and challenging programme
- Work under pressure while being prompt and professional
Desirable
- PCV
- BCU L2, LCLA, GNAS, BOF
- Over 21 (for mini bus driving)
- Bush craft experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience of D of E training and assessing
