Mendip Outdoor Pursuits has always prided itself on the quality and professionalism of the staff we employ. We require staff to be dedicated, motivated and qualified before they can instruct our clients in any activity.
We at Mendip Outdoor Pursuits realise it can be very hard to gain the required experience and qualifications so offer an apprenticeship for two candidates each year who have the right attributes to make professional instructors.
An apprenticeship will help you gain the qualifications and experience to make a step up in to an industry that gives real meaning to life.
