It's not just the fact that you evidently know your stuff, but for us it's more the fact that your team's manner with the kids we work with is always absolutely perfect. Friendly, calm, patient reassurance; clear instructions; encouragement without pushing; all sound simple but are massive factors when dealing with outwardly aggressive but inwardly deeply insecure kids.
